When you see the Award BIOS startup screen, look down in the lower left hand corner of your monitor screen. You will see a two row BIOS text message. The last two characters at the end of the bottom row, is the BIOS revision.
Example:
04/20/2000-i400BX-W83977-2A69KAISC-RU
The RU is the BIOS revision.
Example:

Also...
Check all the connectors on the 7000, some might not be making full contact.
What's in your PCI 1 slot? Could be conflicting with the 7000. Try emptying out PCI #1 and see if that helps.
