I added another CPU to Windows NT/2000/XP OS, and it doesn't see the other CPU.

This will happen when the OS is initially installed with only one CPU in the BP6. Normally, all you need to do is update the kernel of the Computer device under Device Manager to the appropriate MultiProcessor PC option. If the you are changing the HAL from Standard/MPS to ACPI or visa versa, you must reinstall the OS with both CPU's installed. (This replaces the OS Kernel). For NT 4.0: you can use a utility called UPTOMP from Microsoft's FtpSite.
