Try to boot the computer with one processor installed at a time in each socket; do the same for the RAM. I'd like to know about the beeps though, are there any? If you have a chassis speaker connected the computer may beep some trouble codes.
Everyday is another adventure when I get my hands on board that isnt doing so good. Please dont give up, you must be smarter than the computer. I would try a fresh powersupply if its giving you problems, and another vid card a pci one and or agp.
Ive seen the dead live again, well in my room anyway for computer components.
Inspect the board for physical damage (blown capacitors, etc). I would also try to start the computer with the hardware out of the case on a box of some sort. There may be a piece of hardware that’s touching the case and shorting itself.
