Underclocking or Does WinSE care about CPU-speed?

Batch codes, RAM specs, BIOS settings, etc..

Are you using the HPT366 controller? Some people found the controller wouldn't work properly until the FSB is overclocked - weird, eh?

why?

try putting the volatge back to its original setting when you try and run at 400.
Lower processor temps. Though you're right havoc, for the sake of troubleshooting I'd put them at stock for now.

Hi, it sounds like your Highpoint is the problem, mine will boot various versions of Windows at stock clock depending on the drivers. Currently I am running XP on it and it absolutely will not boot at stock clock..

Very stable at 75Mhz fsb so that's fine!
