headed to warp 9 (I hope)

Post by jaybird »

Just got my "new" 1100E from "down-under" and I flashed my BIOS to the BP6RV128.BIN version a few minutes ago. I now have a working pair of 1100E's again :) !

V1.0, Rev. .40 board has all required changes except for wiring on back side of ZIF sockets.

I have been testing this BIOS/board combination for stability pushing the 366's to the limit, still stable @ 572.

Will keep all posted.

Here we go again!

To make a long strory short, she "blew a motor" with out even getting out of the pits.

Turns out one of my PIII's was bad and I didn't even know it. I now have only 1 good PIII and 2 good NEO's.

Did hit 1210 mhz with one PIII, worked in either zif socket.

Back to the drawing board!

Not another 1100 P-III down the drain :headsmash:
There are *almost* no bad BP6s. There are mostly bad caps.

No BP6s remaining
