I failed to mention the bios error: "CPU is unworkable or has been changed. Please Recheck - CPU SOFT MENU" I'm running Memtest86 now to see if it's the memory.
Are you overclocked at all? Go into the BIOS and under CPU SOFT MENU disable "Speed Error Hold". This will (hopefully) rectify the "CPU Is Unworkable" error.

Even if I am overclocked, it sets the processors back to 400 MHz. I dunno. Gonna try flashing the BIOS next.
/fingers crossed
Disabling Speed Error Hold in the BIOS should resolve this issue.
