Phase change/watercooling/extreme overclocking ??
just do not use water if you plan to hook up those kyrotech units. they are phase change, right? use ethyl alcohol or the mixture - it won't freeze till very low temps

well in the pharmacy you should get some 96º pure alcohol (unless they do not sell that in USA...) or just go to the licor shop and buy some cheap vodka
because I think pure alcohol freezes at -113ºC and then it depends on the mixture with water.
also you could use glycol alcohol (car refrigeration fluid) - you can buy mixtures with freezing point on -40ºC
I think I have read about the liquid mixture selection for liquid cooling below freezing on www.overclockers.com some time ago.

They were using some sort of compressor system to cool the liquid. So, step 4, turn ON compressor.

I guess they are polifluorocarbons, dielectric, low freezing temperature...
But one BIG minus: very low viscosity and ecologically harmfull, not biodegradable, acumulate in the human body if ingested or inhaled, after the certain acumulative dosis - toxic...
so the problem here would be plumbing for avoiding the leaks, cause the viscosity is like 10 times lower than the ones of the water, so it will leak through all the possible gaps at the pressure more or less 10 times lower than the one of the water.
Besides they cost A LOT. the guys in New Zealand spend more than 1K$ on the gallon (around 4 liters???)
So good luck! I suggest refrigeration liquid or alcohol
