Recent scanning of this site should have tipped you off to the fact that ALL Tualatin core CPUs are incompatible with the BP6 (no reported success so far).
You are trying to get a Tualatin .13 micron core CPU to work on a BP6 using a the newer Neo370/T adapter? PowerLeap states that this adapter does not work for the BP6. No, reasons why have been stated.
Some have suggested that perhaps it could work, if you put the Neo370/T on top of the older Neo370. No reports of this idea working have surfaced yet.
You may want to try it, as the Neo370/T by itself is definitely not going to work by itself. Or shop for a Tualatin compatible motherboard.

The multiplier is 100% irrelevant, as Intel has locked the multiplier internally. No matter where you set the multiplier, the CPU will ignore the setting.
Focus on the FSB speeds 66-124MHZ. This is what gets multiplied anyway.
As long as the used defined FSB speed is enabled, adjusting this is what allows for OverClocking options.
