If you have two 400 Mhz Celerons running at 550 Mhz (92 Mhz FSB), you are very lucky. I don't think my old 400 Celerons would go passed 83 Mhz FSB.

When I set up my BP6 with 400 Celerons (89 Mhz FSb) heat, even with Alpha's was a problem. After two weeks burn in and getting win2000 stable the FSB was increased to 100 Mhz. Heat dropped by about 18 degrees F. Its been running @600 Mhz with two instances of SETI@home 24/7 ever since. Good luck with yours.-

To run at 600MHz, set your FSB to 100MHz and you probably have to bump your vcore some more if you plan on using 3D applications, or even just to post and load.

(I did not see an OS mentioned.)

However, do not expect 600. Also, make sure you have good active cooling for your Northbridge.

It is very rare, indeed.

Jay4hand,

BTW, do you have Ghost or something similar. Back up you currently good install to another partition if possible. Very often people screw up their install when pushing their system in this manner.

Good luck and post back with results.
