Loud Mouth Tim is older.
Loud Mouth Tim is older.
Congrats on Tim becoming one year older. The actual birthday is May 21.
It is possable about Sept 2005 that he will also be the host of the Webs LONGEST running web show. (I didn't research this fact.)
So anyone out there that finds themselves online and bored, check out: http://www.loudmouthtim.com/
You will find after several shows that the Intro(on later episodes) is about 25 seconds too long, and often the most interesting part of the show, but once in a while Tim puts on a real winner. One episode shows video of a BP6!!! Yay! Go Team!
BTW Tim, episode 92 was impressive. You pulled an engine out of a car in 5 hours!!! And when you put it back it WORKED!!! You actually know what you are doing don't you. You might be as smart as I think I am!?!? (Nah, no ones that smart)
Happy B'day TIM.

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes, I just now saw this topic for the first time. I haven't been in this forum much lately, until last week when I was doing more research for my BP6.
There's a BP6 in the webshows? Where? I don't remember. It may have gotten into a shot somewhere. The computer case can be seen in #104.
To be exact about episode 92, I pulled the engine, changed the flexplate, and dropped it back in in those 5 hours, with most of the big bolts holding things in place. Getting everything bolted up and connected took about 4 more hours the next day. Cars always come apart faster than they go together, plus I didn't want to make a mistake. I've been working on my Mopars for many years, so I've become a specialist in these kinds of cars.
Version 1.0 of my trailer video is in episodes 56-84, and Version 2.0 is in episode 84 and up. Some say it's a bit long, but I think it gives a nice overview of the show to anyone who is a new viewer. As a small bit of useless trivia, the scenes of the highway (I-90 west) with my old green 1971 Plymouth Valiant are from the western half of Montana, between Belgrade, Montana, and Butte, Montana. From episodes 74/75 "The Ride".
Version 1 ran in 28 episodes, Version 2 has been in 29 episodes. I really like Version 2.0, but should I start planning for Version 3.0?
To see some other webshows, look at www.digitalvideowebshow.com and www.totalgeekmedia.com . Those are the 2 best ones out there besides mine. The ONLY other 2 out there at all, as far as I know.
I used to watch the SnackBoy webshow at www.thesync.com , and the episodes were dated. And through research and seeing other webshows (like Computer Stew), I found that SnackBoy's show was the longest in production at 890 days. September 8, 2005 will be the day I break the record with day 891. When I wrote on the site about this fact back in March, September seemed so far away, and now it's only a month away! Where does the time go?
Well, thanks to all those who watch the show, and I hope you keep watching. I may try to work the BP6 into an episode a little more at some point. I'll be sure to write about it here if that happens.
PS - be sure to see a few of Richard "Agee" Maxwell's episodes - numbers 15,16,19 (a small bit at the end), 39,63,64,69,99,105. I think #39 and #63 are the best 2 of the bunch.

I don't know if the claim to the "longest running" is exactly fair. There is one particular show involving a "white bus" that is NOT family entertainment that I think has been out there longer.

Post a link to it so I can see it. It may not be a webshow like mine. If it is professionally produced, it won't be in my category.

I absolutely will NOT post a link to that trash. PM'ed ya on the address. Yes, I got your PM. That isn't a webshow at all, just free video clips to a porn site.
My show continues!

And Tim, when you are mucking around with a BP6, operating system should be win2000 or XP, or linux. Win98 doesn't support SMP (dual cpus). I saw that you only had one cpu in there anyways, but, well, you know
edit: episode 91, NYE 2004 is the BP6 episode.
