Can anyone tell me how to remove the HPT366 BIOS from a normal bios ?? I tried it myself, by deleting it with a bios editor, but then my bios doesn't pass the bootup checksum and i had to flash the version with HPT back...can any1 help me please ???

I think you are not able to get one of the 3ware controllers to work in the BP6, because it has no 64-bit PCI slots.

I think your hard drive is not correctly set up in the bios or the partition is not active...does it boot dos, when you do format /s ???

It depends on which controller you want...be a little bit more specific.

I'm on dual P3's so i can't use this BIOS. I'll modify one of the Bios myself. But i don't think it'll solve the problem, because my old controller worked with the HPT366. I think i'll send the HPT372 back and ask for an old HPT370.

Hi! I'm sorry, because myreply took so long but i'm without internet access since a few months. My problem is solved, i made a stupid mistake.
