We are all beginners in some way... Anyway, try the built in setting first 533(66). The standard voltage is 2.0. You will probably get it to run at 1.8 or 1.9 and just a little cooler cpu temps. My 500s run at 1.8volts and the builtin 500(66) and turbo enabled. Reports back in MBM 510 megaherts.

check out thomshardware.com for a bunch of cpu coolers they benchmarked before you make the final choice.

When my caps arrived there were 15 of the 1000uf and 15 of the 1500uf. That means there were some spares.
