No beep means no post, the machine isn't booting. A PCI video board does not help so much :(

Harker: a Creative Labs GeForce2 MX DDR.
The BP6 boots? Can you hear the beepr? In my case, the problem is probably the AGP clock . I need to try with a PCI video board :)

I bought my Powerleap without cooler. I'm using a Globalwin FEP32 (I have a pair) which I used when my machine was a dual 366@550.

Nicklogan: What you used? 2 "lin-lin" adapters?
I'm thinking about put a Tualeron in another BP6, only using 2 "lin-lin" adapters, because Neo is very expensive. :)

The modification worked without problems with the BP6 stock BIOS , it detected the correct voltage without problems.
Harker, my "Lin Lin" adapter is jumped as "old intel motherboard" (I don't remember which jumpers were now).

The BP6 with an old BIOS (the one which comes with the board) reports something similar to a "=98" for processor speed. But the voltage is detected as 1.5v normally. :)

I don't know if it will work, I used the neo s370 because I'm had one previously to use coppermines in my BP6. I bought this tualatin adapter to use in another motherboard (FIC FBII), but unfortunatelly it burned out, so finally tried the adaptor in the BP6 :)

As Derek said, the number of bogomips doesn't indicate the performance of the machine, but just in case, actually my machine is showing about 3073.63 bogomips. My BP6 with 2 celerons 366@550 showed about 2200 bogomips. Just to compare, with 2 celerons at 550, the conversion of an DivX to MPEG using ...

You can find these adaptors at www.evertek.com, although I have found mine at Ebay.

RRLedford, I'm using the settings listed as "old intel chipset" (jumpers on A5/A6 and B8/B9).
My BP6 doesn't have any mods installed and I'm running in single mode only, because tualatin celerons doesn't allow SMP.
I don't know if it's possible to run a dual P3 tualatin on a BP6. :)
