Guess whats inside the Antistatic HD Baggie from IBM!

Post by Blueneko »

I finally recieved my 60 gig 75GXP IBM drive back after 3 weeks of waiting, now im wondering does it say "Refurbed" like seagate drives do or is it just another brand new drive that was remanufactured with an old aluminum block and new guts?

And since no one has replied or pointed the finger they use to pick thier nose with *pulls out RRLedford finger from his nose* where to get some nifty seagate 15 gig drives, Im at the verge of **Buying**..

:gasp:

..another 75GXP 60 Gig drive..

Funny, I was actually picking my nose as I read your post on your fresh new IBM drive, and wonder what I posted that set you off so.

I remember your incredulity about the fact that any drive could be made with glass platters that would shatter.

The drive that met fate with the sidewalk was the one that was OEM and non warrantable, saying I had to return the drive to the person I bought it from, and that it was sold as a whole system thing, but I had another drive which was making the same noise, BUT!, was elibable for warrenty, so yes its a refurb!
but would it say refurb on it?
