Hi all....

(yes i have run Vista on a BP6)

My server BP6 has a small boot drive and controversially 2 250Gb drives hanging off the Highpoint, I filled both drives to over 200Gb with no apparent problems however on transferring the data off of it I found 2 DIVX movies would simply not shift... presumably a file system problem (Openbsd). What was puzzling is that the drives were filled a long, long way beyond 137Gb each.

My limited experience with the Highpoint on the BP6 suggests that it is LESS flaky with a small overclock, at 75Mhz bus it has behaved well and the cheapo server has run for about 3 years in this form.

I don't know enough about 48 bit LBA to comment much however the BP6 I use as a file and mail server did not croak with 250Gb drives.......

Yes, you have to try out what you have downloaded so that you can figure out what you need to download next. :P

Ok. I stand corrected. Lately I discovered a 16 yr old that has half a TB in just iTunes and Ipod type junk.
