nope

i've never enve used the hpt366

as a matter of fact.. i can't get windows to install it correctly so i could try to use cdroms on it

i only have 1 ide in it now anyhow

Older scsi drives in my opinion is too slow for my taste, as kunn had mentioned, once gone to scsi hardware you dont even look for anything ide, but i have a surplus of about 8 drives which are 18 giga a piece, yes i do have an array, but the size if raided spanned would only allot to 140 gig! any suggestions, maybe even looking to sell em!

there is nothing like SCSI

once you go SCSI like neko said.. you will never go back... unles syou have to


neko i'd use them seperate i get more space that way.. also i like multiple drives anyhow
