i have lost a SCSI drive

about a week ago the click of death taunted me...

then a few days later... the drive started having delayed write errors..

and finally the otehr day.. the drive went completely offline...

it was my 8GB scsi....

it was a very bad day for me....

Did you manage to back everything up from that drive?

yeah,

when i heard the click of death i copied EVERYTHING from all SCSI drives until i knew which drive was about to die

luckily i only lost one

i am looking into a set of 47GB 68pin drives
