The BP6 has an AGP2x compliant slot. This means just about anything will work in it. The only real concern I have is that the BP6 is not very good at handling high voltage loads in the AGP slot. Newer cards suck up juice on the same level as CPUs (more in many cases), which the BP6 can have issues supplying.

I've successfully gotten Radeons to run in the BP6, though they well outperformed the celerons in the board. After p3 replacement things were better. Something like a GF4 would probably give you voltage issues, but you may have already modded your board to handle it. The GF4s will outshine the p3-550s you have, though, as will the new matrox and ati cards.

The newer 1.5v ONLY cards will not work.
