Try switching the SBLive and the NIC. NIC in PCI slot 3 and SBlive in PCI slot 4.

how many sccsi devices do you have?

also have you thought about 2K

Ugh, the infamous Infinite Loop.

I used to get it with my GeForce2 MX, until the fifth or sixth set of drivers I tried put an end to it. There were lots of different things I tried that reduced the frequency of it until the drivers fixed it.

The first thing I'd look at, is to make sure that Passive Release and Delayed Transaction are enabled in your BIOS (under Chipset).

Delayed Transaction makes your PCI bus PCI 2.1 compliant and Passive release helps the bus work better with ISA devices installed.
