Adobe Premiere and Quicktime question

I just loaded Premiere 6.0, loaded my firewire card softeware(which puts it's presets into Premiere), fired up Premiere, new project, settings, selected my firewire card presets for capture(MotoDV, which is Digital Origin, DV, NTSC, MotoDV, 720 x 480) and hit enter. It tells me that the "preset" requires Quicktime and that Quicktime is not present.

I cannot find anywhere in the help files or any text that I have how, and where to install Quicktime so that Premiere can see it.

OBTW, Quicktime is installed and working, Premiere just can't seem to find it.

Can anyone help me?
