Ive been going to that site for years, all the information there is good, some sections are becomming outdated ( there are some mention of SP1 for xp not yet relieced) but there uisnt any invalid information that i can see :)

I'm pretty sure I saw that guy on "The Screen Savers" a while back.

for a more up to date services site check out the elder geeks page <a href="http://www.theeldergeek.com/" target="_blank">here</a>. they have a really good <a href="http://www.theeldergeek.com/services_guide.htm" target="_blank">service guide</a> thats really up to date (for WinXP also)
