Pull out everything except one CPU - including the RAM.
Use the jumper to clear the CMOS settings.
If you power up & dont hear any beeps - consider it a goner.
If you hear beeps, add the RAM back.
Next boot should give new beep pattern.
If you get it, add the video back.
The speaker must be hooked up of course.
The missing RAM and video always trigger beep codes.
If you get them, your board has some rudimentary life in it.
