You can burn it to CD with Nero and other popular burning software.

I got this and extracted it as well. Burned it to a CD. It is a .BIN file. I tried to boot it and it would not go. I guess I don't know what to do with it now that it is on a CD.

You didn't burn the file "*.BIN" to the CD, did you? You need to select (for example) "Burn from Image" under "File" in Nero. Just pop the CD in your drive and make sure there are lots of files and folders in the CD :)

O.K. So now I am going to become a pest.
Nero did burn the cd but it wouldn't read. I couldn't even open it.
I then used several programs to extract the files to HD with the intent of writing to CD. That doesn't work either because the programs (all of them that I tried) stop saying that it cant write on read protected files.
Either I am doing something terribly wrong or I wonder if the download I got is bad.

Use ISO Buster to open the BIN ( http://www.smart-projects.net/isobuster/ ), that should give you a good indication if your download is okay.

Also, use your CD Burner to read the CD too.

I used isobuster and a few others. In all cases it would stop while expanding thefile saying that the files couldn't be copied on each other OR the files were write protected.
I couldn't extract the files.
I assume that you were successful in making the boot disc?
The disc I had would not even read in any machine after I made it. Frustrating!
