I had problems with the normal bios detecting the cd rom, but the DMA66 detects it. But, of course, it does the same thing with the other CD ROM drives I've tried too, so what can I say?
It's gotta be a bios problem, right?

Do you have the BIOS set to auto detect drives?
I don't know if the HTP can boot from a CD, since the manual says not to hook up any optical drives to it, I have never done it.
