I just bought an ATI Radeon 8500 card, but I simply can't install the drivers. There is a conflict that windows detects in the display properties :

Or it may be clearer as Sandra soft sees it : here is a screen shot made with Sandra Soft about the I/O settings.
I've tried to install the last drivers, and when I force manually an install of the drivers, windows tells me : "invalid data".
I'm using RU bios, and I unplugged all my PCI cards : there is only the graphic card on the board. I've tried to change the IRQ of the Radeon : no difference. So, is it possible to change thoses I/O setting, either throught the motherboard settings, (ie the I/O of the processors) or the video settings ? If it's possible, how can I do that ?
