Problems installing new video card

I'm using Win XP Pro and trying to install a Radeon 7000 (64MB) video card.
All I am getting when I power on is what sounds like 1 long beep and 3
short beeps.

Can anyone help me? Do you need more information?

Try the video card in another computer to see if it’s dead or alive.
