As for the former question, if you want to check whether Win2K "sees" both Celerons, you have just to open your Task Manager: you should find two separate CPU graphs in its Performance tab.
As for the latter one, I'm not very practical of benchmarking, but I know there are lots of them (Sisoft Sandra, for example); most benchmarks can recognize SMP systems and test them adequately.
