That last bit says he got an invalid password error, can anyone help him?

I didn't know you needed a password to install the p3-coded BIOS?

You can set a BIOS password and it will prevent the flash along with booting the comp. Unless something else is messed :?

I've used CmosPwd successfully before, albeit not on a BP6.
