Do you have any extra cooling? The first step in overclocking is to make sure there is adequate cooling to keep the CPU and other peripherals at an optimum temperature (as cold as they can be :))

Hi, Welcome to the forum.

What specificaly are you trying to find out as your question is a little open ended?

If you are wanting to overclock your processor then you will need to increase your FSB, which is normaly done in the BIOS.

Other than that I'm sorry but cannot help much as I dont have one of those motherboards or a P4.

A search on google may point you towards what you want to know.
