Wanted, Ver .40 BP6 w/plastic ZIF socket arms

Post by jaybird » Mon Feb 13, 2006 11:18 am

I'm looking to buy a Ver .40 BP6 with the plastic ZIF socket arms.

Anyone got such an animal they want to part with?

jaybird,

1) What makes a Ver .40 board more desirable than a Ver .41 board?

2) Is the presence of plastic release arms on the zif socket a "proof positive" indicator that the board is Ver .40? Are there any other features or markings on the board that provide identification?

Regards,

s4
