Intels are multiplier locked, so if you want 1100mhz, you need the 133 bus. If this is unatainable (and it's very hard to make it that high with the bp6), then you'll be running at 8.5 x FSB speed, meaning worst case you run at 100mhz FSB giving you dual 850s. The bp6 has the necessary divider to knock the PCI bus down to the normal 33mhz speed, but the max AGP divider (2/3) is too small, meaning the AGP bus will be running faster than spec. Since AGP cards are far less testy than regular PCI cards, you should be fine. AFAIK there were also a few 100mhz FSB 1100s released as P3s.
