It won't work because the 566 celerons are celeron II's, or of the FPPGA form factor (original cele's are PPGA type), the difference is basically one of pin layout being slightly different.

The Neo is a socket that goes inbetween the chip and the mobo socket to reroute the pins.

Not sure if powerleap still make them but I believe you might be able to find them on ebay. There's bound to be other similar posts on this board, have a poke around & good luck.

Intel steadily evolved the Celeron series of CPUs over time - Celeron1-PPGA (366-533) with SMP capability; Celeron2-FCPGA1 (566-1100) no SMP; Celeron3-FCPGA2(?MHz) no SMP; Celeron4-Socket[P4] 478(?-1.8GHz)
The BP6 can handle Celeron1 by itself.
For Celeron2 the BP6 needs Neo370 adapter or soldering mainboard.
For Celeron3 the new PPGA-to-FCPGA2 adapters (Neo370/T) don't work so far.

Try search on the web for "socket 370 adapter" + "Europe"

Also please note the Celeron 2 will not SMP... best to look for another 500Mhz Celeron 1 to keep the other one company.

go directly to www.powerleap.com and buy there. the shipping will cost you quite enough, but I did not find any place selling neo370s in Europe.
