how do you get the hpt366 blue screen to disappear

during install load 1.28 driver - this will work and load it twice.
after install use 1.25 driver, cause 1.28 driver f..ks the HDD before the restart or powerdown... :(

If you have maxtor drive, so go and buy some decent promise controller, because probably HPT might trash your drive... :( I had 2 BAD sectors appear on it and lost one partition entirely. I manged to solve the problem with special software from maxtor, but I will never connect any drive to HPT366 anymore.
