What BP6 BIOS version are you using? The RU-1.25 is good for Win2K.
You will need to get the Win2K driver on floppy for HPT366 that matches the BP6 BIOS version (listed when the HPT366 initializes on boot). These Win2K drivers are on the ABIT website too. Once you have a v1.25 or later HPT BIOS & matching version # Win2K driver you can proceed.

There is a piont in the Win2k install process where you are invited to add any 3rd party device drivers. This is where the floppy disk gets installed.
If all goes well the hdisk will become visible & installation of Win2k to it will proceed.

Go to Homepage of at BP6.com & on left you will see download BIOS & files. The RU BIOS final v1.251 is there. There are links to ABIT for getting the Win2K v.1.2 driver also.

Make SURE when flashing your BIOS to DISABLE all options for Caching of ROMs in the system setup screens.
