Need to know what this is please?

Hello, Could someone please tell me what this is in the picture and what would the part be called. Its a Abit VP6 Motherboard I broke one off putting my CPU fan back on and I think its causeing my problems. I would also like to know if it can be fixed. Thank You

These are surface mount components. If they are marked with an "R"-something (like R50) then it is a resistor. I think yours are marked with a "BC" which probably makes it a diode. I think your only real chance of figuring out what it is, is to contact Abit and ask them.
