The two-tone thing is a combination of the "RAM is bad" tone and the "Graphics card is bad" tone. It either means that they're buggered, or that the motherboard is on it's way out. Could also be the PSU.

I would tell the ram - or at least the connection with it... so the reason might be bad capacitors as well, right?

I have had these beeps recently with two stick of ram, but then again, putting it in one more time, it just booted OK.

I think the capacitors are living the last moments...
