The BP6 will support 768Mb ram max, mine has just 512Mb, view the posts regarding the Highpoint disc controller and the failure of electrolytic capacitors before deciding whether the BP is for you. Mine has had the capacitors replaced and is now very stable. If you intend using scsi or a 3rd party controller then you need not worry about the onboard highpoint controller.
Good Luck
Can I Upgrade to BM6
when buying a BP6 make sure you buy only PPGA socket 370 CPU's and the ppga chips end at 533MHZ
(but there are mods and such to use FCPGA p3 chips but stick with the celerons for the time being)
and i believe the BP6 will only accept low density ram
