How to use IRDA header?

Hello,

I just purchased a watch with IRDA capability, and I would like to be able to upload and download information to my BP6-based computer. I know that the BP6 has some kind of IRDA header. What does this mean, and what else do I need to make the connection? Thanks in advance!

There is a 5-pin header on the BP6 mainboard. It is located on the same side as the parallel port connector, close to the edge between PCI1 and PCI2. Pin 1 is closest to the edge. Refer to 2-8 in the BP6 manual. Don't recall the last time someone tried to use the IR feature.
