Good thing he recovered the first time, otherwise he would have rolled back into oncoming traffic! I think the cops were overly aggressive, however I didn't get to see how the first 50 (!) minutes of the chase went.

It is a catch-22. Got to get the bad guy but don't want to endanger others.

I agree with hyperspace, if it works law inforcment is a hero if something goes wrong its police using to much force.
There are *almost* no bad BP6s. There are mostly bad caps.

No BP6s remaining
