watching CSI....

knowing how cops will pull you over for a tail light out, (wish they would here), (we have so many cars on the road with no tail lights)
[[ I drive a taxi ]]

CSI is at a car wash, talking about a car in the wash, the washers being liable for telling you your tail light is out....
really ?

looking for general views and news and official lines.....

With that logic, we are all liable. All of us look at the back end of cars, everyday.

but you don't drive around being mister goody two shoes.

however, I can understand where if it's your job looking over the whole car and it's your job to talk to the driver, then yes you might want to tell him he will have a problem, seeing as cops are 'religious' about it in the US.
