smashed me system today :'( (temper problem) the ol' BP6 no longer boots boys, the ASP slot is smashed over along with a pci slot, the HPT controller chip is smashed, and I think a couple smaller chips came off also, specs were as followed:

Dual Celeron 400@558MHZ Each
2 Large HSF's
Full size tower
Dual PSU's
3 9.1 gig UW scsi hard drive
adaptec 2940 UW PRO pci scsi card
3DFX Voodoo 5 5500 AGP
soundblaster AWE 64 Gold
2 SMC 1211 pci nics
48x Samsung cd-rom
8x Panasonic scsi burner
IDE iomega zip 100
Tape drive
Floppy drive
3 case fans
1 115 volt 6 inch fan (blew on the cpu's

I take a screwdriver to old tyan boards (mostly tyan trinity 400's) that dont boot and dont even turn on, I even use the soldering iron to practice with on the dead boards.

As for the bp6, It was working and you ripped it apart or something?
Poor BP6 motherboard...

yeah it worked fine, then i gotr mad and smashed my full size tower off the floor about 7 times.

I once slammed a motherboard into the ground because it wouldnt boot, then I quickly realized the socket 370 didnt support flipchips (one of the early revisions of a tyan motherboard) then I promptly plugged it back in to find out it still worked.

I once got so angry at my BP6 when trying to install a third video card that I went outside and kicked apart a pile of snow.

(luckily, snow's free)

well, i found a new bp6 board, but the fan headers are blown, any way to fix this?
