I want one...

By the looks of pricing...the cheapest 1G costs $2.50...and the unit they advertised has like 4TB then the cost would be something like $1million for just the NvIOpRAM. Thats not including the basic notebook. Maybe they throw the notebook in for free if you pay for the ram?

Anyway, just the right geek speak/mix of nonsence words to really sound like a good Intel add.
There are *almost* no bad BP6s. There are mostly bad caps.

Hehehe!

At the time I posted the story I had surfed around to check if it was a hoax, vapourware but there simply wasn't that much information around. I checked again and the only thing that I can find is this page which discusses this as a possible hoax. Many others seem to be holding off on saying anything in either direction.

However, the "quantum-optical" stuff seems to be real though (from the article):
The AtomChip.com domain is registered to Shimon Gendlin, who filed a patent on November 29, 1996 for 'Non-volatile record carrier with magnetic quantum-optical reading effect and method for its manufacture', which was granted on November 24, 1998.
