well, the new radeons on R420 and R423 look even more impressive I guess.... but the price is which impress you the most :)

Though the forthcoming ATI cards won't do Pixel Shader 3.0... which is what makes the NV40 quite so dribble tastic as it does PS3.0 and even with it on, the speed is miles ahead of everything else.

But we'll find out come May when ATI launches their new bay. ;)

matrox competition? for what? best server graphics cards and dual monitor maybe, but for games the new core will still go as fast as a spindryer not plugged in
