WinAmp Version 5 Beta Release

Post by Derek »

I completely forgot to post this when I first downloaded the beta release, but, here it is! Try it out for yourself! :peace:

I put it up on the BP6.Com server so you don’t have to hunt it down:

Hmmm... Why was I labeling it as alpha when beta is written all over it?

My bad.

What happened to version 4? lol

This looks like they started with 2.91 and went form there instead of building on version 3.

I could use it. It builds playlists much faster then 2.91 does and can actually build a playlist wiht mroe then 27,000 entries.

I just noticed they finaly fixed the bug of it not showing the MP3 icon for mp3 files. At one time I had extracted the icon and had windows assign it. That an the larger playlists make it just about everything I could ever want.

Now if I could run mpg, avi, mov, and other video formays though it I would make sweet love with everyone at nullsoft.

I am sure there are plugins to support all that but that does not count. No defualt support no sweet love ;)
