Update.....Checked the original ram on my BP6 the next day and it worked. Powered the D6Vaa back up and it isnt getting past the first post screen with the new memory or with the old! I worked out that the reason it got to the first post sceen....which was futher than i got before...was that i swich...

OK, slight problem........it decided to reboot on friday and then would'nt post!!!!.......thought id fried the CPU! Pulled all the cards and drives and still no post! Put a P3 Coppermine back in and still jack s**t....what the F***......Pulled the memory and stuck 256mb from the BP6 in there and.......
