Alright, another update. I found that my soundcard, NIC, USB and one of the HPT366 controllers were all sharing IRQ 19. What BeOS are you using? You should try BeOS 5 Dev. Ed. from http://www.beosonline.com/ or BeOS Max from http://www.beosmax.org/html/. I use Dev. Ed. and nothing has ever bugged me to buy it. Nor have I had any issues with stability.

What slot is it in? Bear in mind that slots 4 and 5 cannot both have bus-mastering devices and other slots share IRQs with onboard devices.
