Yeah, and ThermalTake's stuff is not too well made in my experience. I had a Blue Orb on my BX northbridge and it was awful. I took it off and lapped it, then put it on my GPU. A GlobalWin LAC08 then went on the northbridge. I've got GlobalWin FEP-32Ms on my BP6 Celerons. No modding needed. Look a b...

What you've written looks very monolithic and unreadable, and more folks will look at it if you break it up a bit. ...

Hi there s4brains.
Have you checked that the capacitors on the SA6 are OK? Have a peek at this if you are unaware of the problem.

I'm Still Here!
Hello all! I haven't been around for a while due to problems with tendonitis. I've had to curtail my computer use dramatically, but the ol' wrist is a lot better now. Great to see some old friends are still around, and a big "HELLO!" to all the new members. My BP6 had been in bits for a few months, ...

Quite often over-clockers will "lap" the CPU using various grades of wet sandpaper. You should be able to find good information on this in this as well as many other "overclocking" forums. Have a peek at Derek's KB article here . OBTW, IMHO the BX chip set ALWAYS benefits from some form of active c...
