What Bios revision are you using? Seem to remember early Bioses had problems with windows 2000/XP. Have you tried stripping everything out and starting with a floppy, HDD, one stick of memory and AGP? :umm:

The author of this memo was quite serious, but the engineers rolled on the floor: "Mouse balls are now available as FRU (Field Replacement Unit). Therefore, if a mouse fails to operate ...

How much are the cpus and adapters costing you? If you can get them to run dual in the D6VAA I may do the same. My P3 700's are getting a little slow, even though they are running at 8**Mhz (cant remember the speed exactly). Hi 24seven, got the P3 for £85 and the adapter for £10. Both on Ebay. I mi...

Now to get it to run dual. Need another P3 and adapter. Ill try and post some pictures this weekend after some stress test...

ECS D6VAA, Pentium 3 1.4, Lin Lin 370 Tualatin Converter?

Just got hold of a P3 1.4S. I want to try it out on my D6VAA first and then play around with it on the BP6. Does the Lin Lin adaptor support P3 Tualatins or just Celerons Tualatins? Is there a difference with the pin outs/voltages etc?

HAL, have you said anything about this on the 1.4 Celeron thread, that might be the problem with them not working on some boards. Good old Chinese quality control!

There is a common English word that is nine letters long. Each time you remove a letter from it, it still remains an English word - from nine letters right down to a single letter. What is the original word, and what are the words that it becomes after removing one letter at a time? :screwy: http://...
