I'd start at 466 @ 66 and use 1.85-1.90v then move up slowly to 72, then 75, then 78 the ppga celerons will work ok at 72 @ 2.00v as long as the room is cool at 75 and serious cooling past 78 you need to up the voltages if it won't boot pr...

133fsb makes it a 1.13 1.26 1.40Ghz cpu
makes it a Tullie
so that would be a no without an adapter

and apparently, if yes with an adapter, still no to two cpu support

CD1 input says it's a sound card
bottom row says it's an ISA card
you would need to have drivers set up and working properly for the setting s on the card for it to work right.

it won't work past win2k, so i wouldn't fret it much
it has A speaker out, not even a mike in
ugh

I'm pretty sure Tuallies look like green celeries with big fat tops.
Coppermines had the tiny little die chip
tualatins had the big heat spreader

I'd say the vga card is good for a cga post screen
and an 80x25 dos screen
but it won't do a vga desktop
if you can get it to safe mode , it's an indicator all is not quite lost
but a cheap vga for $5 at a computer store isn't hard to find for a replacement
