from what i recall using the jumper cleans out all settings and sets it back to factory default ones whereas holding insert merely sets cpu speed and voltage to factory default values. all other settings will remain what you left them at

found a website for a guy who will replace caps on motherboards among other things. seems rather convenient though his prices are a bit high i think (as well $50 is like what the BP6 probably costs)

So i have upped my voltage a bit to 2.05V on both cpus. The computer is running really stable at 90 mhz making 366s@495 (could not get it to run at 92mhz anymore, guess i was just lucky that day). but well, some wierd voltage readings i am getting now. in the bios, both cpu Vcores are just about 2.0...
